REFLECTIVE JOURNAL

Being exposed to different Physical Activities that we had previously, I have


realized that being physically active and fit plays a big role in the way we bring and carry
ourselves towards anything that we do. It is not just a matter of mental ability or
emotional stability. Rather, it is a matter of Physical Capacity and Physical Fitness
aswell. The goal is to have a healthy body free from diseases as a result of consuming
the necessary nutrients for the proper operation of the body's systems. In addition to
consuming the necessary nutrients, maintaining physical fitness can be accomplished
by engaging in regular exercise that enhances blood circulation, burns excess fat, and
wards off potentially hazardous bacteria. If we’re not Physically fit in doing specific
Physical Activities, then we’re not Physically able and capable in succeeding with
different tasks and activities that we could encounter not just in this subject, but with our
everyday lives aswell. I have understood that Physical activity can strengthen your
bones and muscles, help you maintain a healthy weight, increase your ability to carry
out daily tasks, and improve your cognitive health. Also, that Physical fitness
strengthens bones and muscles, promotes improved health and wellbeing, averts a
variety of health issues, lowers the chance of a number of diseases like blood pressure,
diabetes, cancer, etc., and enhances quality of life. It improves your mood and lowers
your risk of depression as well as stress and anxiety.
