    A meeting of all Security Sewadars (Gents & Ladies) is being convened for Visit
    March 2024 as per following schedule:

    Date : 11-02-2024
    Day : Sunday
    Time : 11:30 Hours to 13:00 Hours
    Venue : Namdan Hall / Accommod shed

    Agenda:

    1) Specific instructions pertaining to Visit as received from Z.S.


    & Secretary-Bhati and new area / sewa points
    2) Detailed Deployment & Summary Distribution with
    deployment of sewadars in respective zones with changes,
    stores & requirement
    3) Pre-visit & Post-visit Plan (Deployment)
    4) Accommodation plan of sewadars & Sangat.
    5) Coordination Meetings Schedule for Visit, FIST, Store, Area
    requirements.
    6) Deployment of PW/FCMG in respective areas.
    7) Police Post, Police Sewadars & Patrolling Sewa (Outer / Inner)
    8) Facilitation Slips, Vehicle Passes, Badges, Slips & Attendance.
    9) Sewadar Parshad
    10) Installation and functioning of CCTV in the Campus.

    NOTE: Please carry Diary and Pen while attending the meeting.
