    1. SSEM Mr. Anis Agreed to provide a Method statement for the Access Road &
    Structure Pads of OHTL to be submitted officially on-site.

    2. Site Engineer to be provided on-site.

    3. Site office – Mr. Anis is to submit site office approval.

    4. Permit to be provided for borrow pit.

    5. Survey Reports to be provided for reference.

    6. Proposal for next Activity to make Base Course prior to tower installation.

    7. Coordination between each other as agreed (Consultant and SSEM).
