explain this behaviour:

A-3. Based on your knowledge from this course , how would you
explain the process of aging?

B-l. To attain the concrete operational stage of development ,


Piaget suggests that several skills must be developed. What
are these skills and describe how it is possible for some
children to be delayed or advanced in attaining concrete

during this course.

B-3. How does perception change over the life span? Using one
sense describe milestones during infancy , how is the sense
effected by age?

C-l. Discuss the biological basis of emotion. 工 s There any


biological basis for affective disorders (e.g. depression
and mania)? Explain.

C-2. Briefly explain the concepts of range of reaction ,


canalization , and niche picking. How can these concepts
help us explain some variations in complex
interactions which occur between inherited factors and
environmental factors.

C-3. Adolescence has been described as a period of storm and


stress. Discuss why this might be linked to biological
factors. What social or cultural factors might influence the
adolescent years?
