UNNUMBERED SCHOOL MEMORANDUM

TO: All Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff

RE: REITERATION OF POWER SAVING MECHANISM IN SCHOOL

1. Based on our 9 September to 8 October 2023 Meralco billing period, the school
accumulated 3,839 kWh electric charges.

2. This electric consumption translates to a whopping Php 49, 873.00 which,

alone, accounts for half of our November school budget.

3. After paying all our priority bills, we will be left with more or less Php
35,000.00 budget, compromising most of our scheduled procurements,
including semi-expendables, DRR, and office supplies.

4. In lieu, the office will be strictly enforcing the energy-saving mechanism in the
school effective immediately, to wit;

a. Every classroom will be using 4 electric fans in MAXIMUM NUMBER.

When there is no classes conducted inside the classroom, the last
teacher is accountable in monitoring the unplugging of all electric
equipment in the said classroom. Inform the students to a NO
electronic gadget charging, at all times.

b. Airconditioning systems both in the e-library and the former SBM room
will be limited to 2 hours usage ONLY, specifically, from 11:30AM to
1:30PM only. Electric fan will be used to its maximum potential after
the given period.

c. All unnecessary electrical equipment must be unplugged or switched

off to avoid extra costs to school.

5. Everyone is enjoined to this task of power-saving for better utilization of the

school resources.
