Grade 1 Outing: 16th Feb 2023 to Bras D’Eau National Park and Belle Mare Beach.

Q1.What is the meeting point and boarding time in the morning?

Coaches will depart from ……… campus at …….. am.

Q2. Will school vans operate on that day?

Yes, however please note that most vans arrive at around 9 am which is after the coach departure
time.

Q3.Can I accompany my child?

No, for this age group, the children will be accompanied and supervised by teachers only.

Q4.Can my child attend school if he /she does not want to participate in the outing?

No, school is closed for non- participants on that day.

Q5.What should my child wear on that day?

All children should wear the Sports day outfit and white shorts. Since the outing will be carried out in
a public place, the Dukesbridge will assist with identification and control.

Q6.Will the school is providing lunch?

A sandwich lunch will be provided by the school.

Q7.What should i pack in my child’s bag?

Parents are advised to pack in their child’s bag snacks ,a drink ,some lunch ,a spare Dukesbridge
uniform ,a hat and a raincoat in case it rains.

Q8.How much should we pay?

Students of Dukesbridge do not pay anything as their cost is included in the Annual Fee already paid
at the beginning of the year.

Q9.When is the deadline to sign the consent form?

You should complete and return the form below to your campus administration by the 3rd of
February 2023.We will finalise the seats for the coaches shortly after.

Q10.What time will the event conclude?

We aim to get back to school by 2.30pm.
