BOOK SUMMARY
You can find some of the most valuable life lessons in self-help books.
‘Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life by Hector Garcia
and Francesco Miralles is one of the best self-help books today. this book
is present as an antidote to the various concerns about the life we feel.
Presented in simple language without sugar-coated explanations, this
book can be used as the right material for reflection for those of us who
live in the midst of a globalization era where everything is required to
move quickly. The entire contents of this book seem to tell us to slow
down a little by following the flows within each other so that we can
contemplate and enjoy how life passes every second. What the author
wants to emphasize here is that we focus on living life in the present
without feeling constrained by the past and without being haunted by an
uncertain future.

it requires a long process. Our ikigai is sort of the reason we wake up
this morning.

"if someone has found his ikigai then that person will feel happier and
grateful"
