Accomplishment Report

Pre-Implementation
Before putting our business plan into action, the pre-implementation phase is like doing
homework. We dig into the market, check out what our competitors are up to, and figure out
where we can shine. Inside our own company, we take a good look at what we’re great at and
where we might need to improve.
It’s also about making a money plan. We figure out how much we need, where it’s going
to come from, and what risks might pop up along the way. This early planning is like drawing a
map for our business journey, making sure we know where we’re going and how to get there
before we start the actual trip.
Implementation
The Kenchana’s snack corporation were grouped with 4 members.First we assigned our
members with specific position and planned the business. We decide that our final product would
be letche puto and sell it every school days in Senior High and Junior High building.
Our first plan is to sell letche puto for our business. Our target customer is our teachers and
students since we are at school. We were given a different tasks and responsibilities by our
CEO.We are expecting that our business will be successful but we lacked of time.
The member of the group are planning to put up a business that gives the customer a
affordable food. Especially our business is in school. The Entrepreneurs planned to sell letche
puto.
As a group,we planned what to sell and how we going to sell it.At first,we honestly didn’t
know where to going to start until the day that we gained our confident by selling our first
product which is letche puto.
According to Kenji Laruan the chief executive officer of the company, he noticed that
her members or team is quite confuse about their part properly because it’s their first time so the
C.E.O put his members according their abilities with that they aimed for their goal. They sell
letche puto which is their final product but eventually it becomes their sub product because of
some reason and sometimes they offer others snack such as different type of puto as an
alternative to keep their money cycling. The Chief executive officer, prepared the product before
class and the saleslady even the other members sells it on that day. After selling, the secretary
compute their sales and write it to their journal. In the beginning, the company did well because
customers find their products interesting and delicious.

Post-implemention
After our experiences, we tried to keep the good phase of our business, so in order to
do that we discuss it with the members and have a little bit of researching on what we could do to
make the business better . Until we got an idea which is to add some products to gain more profit
on selling. Days has passed and we see how our company works and we’re quite satisfied and
happy on what’s going on in our business.
We’ve experienced selling products for the first time and making journal about it. In
our first attempt, we were shy selling our products to everyone because of our personalities but
then as we sell our products as time goes on we got to used to it. We were gaining profit and
grades at the same time so we were happy about it. Even we’re shy at our first time we still did
well so we’re also happy about that.
According to Catherine Carcido the saleslady of the business , doing business is not that
easy, in order to gain income each of the members of the business must do their job. The
saleslady of the company finds excitement and happiness in selling their product. The
corporation started not that good but because of determination and willingness to do business
they are now far from what their business were before.

Reflection
We the owners of Kenchana’s Snacks by the lecture of our school nurse, we realized
nutrition is a crucial aspect for customers, and our business must prioritize providing accurate
information about the nutritional content of our products. We must ensure safety by adherence to
quality standards, and proactive measures to prevent contamination or allergen issues. A
commitment to both nutrition and safety not only builds trust but also contributes to the long-
term success and reputation of our business.
In the realm of the food industry, the intersection of nutrition for our customers and safety in
business is important. Customers today are increasingly health-conscious, seeking products that
align with their nutritional goals and dietary preferences. Therefore, our businesses must
prioritize providing comprehensive and accurate information about the nutritions of our products.
As we reflect about the topic we had with our school nurse, it’s important to know all the
things about our products such the benefits, if there’s something bad, or any effects to the
customers. By upholding safety standards, we should prioritize the well-being of our valued
customers. This unwavering dedication extends to the nutritional content of our products.
Through continuous assessment, and a genuine focus on safety and nutrition, we build trust and
satisfaction among our customers.
