1.RATIONALE:
Recent result of the Regional Acheivement Test and the Diagnostic Test conducted by
the Regional Office and the schools respetively shows an alarming results. The Mean
Percentage Score of the four core subjects did not meet the standard.
This is why the Division Office have its initiative to take action on this alarming
matter. An intervention plan and program proposal must be crafted by every schools in
the Division to address the learning gaps that the Division is facing.
As a school under the Division of Zamboanga del Norte, Singatong Elementary School
will bridge this learning gaps in the four core subjects through making a self-
instructional materials on the least learned competencies of the four core subjects via
in- service training on Jnauary 24, 25 & 26, 2024 at Grade 4 classroom in Singatong
Elementary School
II. OBJECTIVES:
The program will focus the following objectives:
A. Develop self- instructional materials on the least learned competencies
B. Identify the least- learned competencies in the four core subjects
C. Revisit different teaching methods and strategies
