Diagnostic assessment are sets of written questions that assess a
learner’s current views on a topic /issues to be studied in the course.

Giving 40 min to answer multiple questions and after check their work.

Why do we need diagnostic assessment?

IV. Evaluation
Trace the item with the highest numbers who got correctly and the least item
with correct answers.

V. Assignment:

1. What do you call on the removal of food particles, dirt, grease and any
other residue that doesn’t belong to the food-contact surface?
2. What is the simplest cleaner of all?
