Mutual Agreement and Norms for Team Collaboration

“Good Interns”

This document is a mutual agreement among students to build trust and accountability like in a
professional workplace. As team members, we take responsibility for our actions and project
completion. Following guidance from Class 1 of the Organizational Design, Culture, and Workplace
Preparation course, we pledge to uphold the following norms and work towards our goals together.

Principles:

● Support: We pledge to support one another throughout the duration of the project,
extending a helping hand whenever a team member encounters challenges or obstacles.
● Openness: We affirm to maintain an environment of openness and respect. Recognizing our
diverse backgrounds and experiences, we will engage in constructive dialogue and challenge
each other's ideas while refraining from discriminatory behavior.
● Participation: Every team member commits to actively contributing to the group's efforts,
ensuring that all members are aware of and fulfill their assigned roles and responsibilities.
● Time: We acknowledge the importance of investing adequate time and effort into both
individual tasks and collaborative endeavors to ensure the successful completion of the
project.
● Communication: We commit to openly sharing our thoughts, promptly notifying of any
delays, attending all group meetings and classes, and actively participating in the WhatsApp
group chat. We'll also inform our availability for face-to-face meetings promptly.
● Feedback: Constructive feedback is essential for our growth and development as a team. We
commit to providing feedback in a polite and constructive manner, aimed at fostering
personal and collective improvement.

Goals:

● Course Completion: Our primary objective is to successfully complete this course with
commendable results, demonstrating our ability to collaborate effectively as a cohesive
team.
● Personal and Collective Growth: We aspire to challenge each other to excel academically
and personally, striving to acquire knowledge and skills that will enable us to evolve and
grow together.
● Utilization of Strengths: We recognize and value the unique strengths and abilities of each
team member. Accordingly, we endeavor to optimize our results by leveraging these
strengths to our collective advantage.
● Adherence to Deadlines: We pledge to adhere to all prescribed deadlines, understanding
that timely completion of tasks is crucial for the overall success of the group.

In adherence to these principles and goals, we hereby affix our signatures as a testament to our
commitment to fostering a collaborative, supportive, and productive team environment.
