The Department of Health (DOH) in collaboration with Local Government Unit under the Rural
Health Unit department will be having a Supplemental Immunization Activity on Measles
Rubella- Oral Polio Vaccine on May 1-31, 2023 to help curb virus transmission and to address
the increasing number of measles cases nationwide.
In this regard, the Rural Health Unit will be conducting an Orientation on Measles Rubella-Oral
Polio Vaccine Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-OPV SIA) on Tuesday, April 25, 2023
at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon at MDRRM Conference Hall, New Municipal Hall, Brgy.
Sinasajan, Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija.
In this regard, we would like to invite you to attend the said orientation for the health benefits of
your constituents especially in children ages 0-59 months old.

The Rural Health Unit of Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija will be having its Primary Health Care
accreditation to be inspected by DOH Region III on September 14, 2023 as part of the
preparation, the RHU staffs are busy in the preparation in the upcoming PHC accreditation even
Saturday and Sunday.
In this regard, we would like to request a one (1) day offset for the RHU Staffs, this will be on
September 15, 2023 (batch 1) and September 18, 2023 (batch 2).
