Proposal for School Learning Action Cells (SLAC)


School Year 2022-2023

I. Title: Review on Test Construction and Table of Specification Making

Venue: Bulalacao Elementary School

II. Participants: Teachers of BES

III. Rationale:
Assessment is an integral part of instruction, as it determines whether
or not the goals of education are being met. It inspire us to ask these hard
questions: “Are we teaching what we think we are teaching? “Are students
learning what they are supposed to be learning?”
In preparing the assessment the teacher first need to prepare to the
table of specifications. It is a guide that the teacher in constructing test. The
TOS ensures that there is a balance between items that test lower eve thinking
skills in the test.
In this SLAC Session, the teachers of Bulalacao Elementary School
will review and study how to construct an assessment and the table of
specifications.

IV. Objectives:
The SLAC for teachers aim to enable the participants to:
1. To prepare the teachers in the test construction for Second Quarter
Examination
2. To review the guidelines for the making of Table of Specifications
