At the end of the preparation, they must be taken to the APD area and delivered to the Lead Operator, so that they
can manage the filling of the sample(s) with pentolite product. Quality Monitor will track the completion of tests.
Before being removed from the APD line, finished product samples must be visually inspected to verify that none
of them present anomalies in their appearance; they must be in good condition. Later they are moved to the testing
field for Detonation Transmission control.
When removing the samples, if they comply with the visual inspection, it must be noted in the sample preparation
and withdrawal record book with identification, what is being removed. If the sample is not in good condition, the
sample is rejected and the reason for non-removal is noted in the book. In addition, supervision will be informed
identifying the sample lot that does not comply. Testing will not be performed on damaged products.

Once installed in the test field, the cartridges are prepared as follows: (applicable to X-Booster 150 and X-Booster
900)
A maximum of 1 meter of NP10 detonating cord is cut
The detonating cord must be inserted through the through pin found in the cover.
Tie a knot away from the end (approximately 10 cm) and fit it into the tip of the through pin hole, this to ensure
that the cord does not come out of the X-Booster. The following image serves as a reference:
Finally, at the end of the excess cord, secure Detonator No. 8 with insulating tape and light the fuse.
