I. IDENTIFYING DATA
Position: GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Department: Marketing Department
Immediate Superior: Creative Branding Lead
Direct Subordinate: n/a
Job Level: Specialist
Job Summary: Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media

II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Study design briefs and determine requirements
● Schedule projects and define budget constraints
● Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
● Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
● Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
● Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
● Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
● Test graphics across various media
● Amend designs after feedback
● Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
● Ensure timeliness and accuracy of work prior to submission.
● Ensure confidentiality of data and company information.
● Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discuss other relevant concerns.
● Perform other related duties as required.
● Comply with the Company Policies.
● Comply with the Company and Department’s approved/existing work procedures and guidelines.

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education or Training: BS Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts or any related course
Work Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
Skills: ● Extensive experience in package box designing and branding
● Knowledgeable in photo and video editing
● A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
● Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver,
Photoshop)
● A keen eye for aesthetics and details
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
● Time management and multitasking abilities
● Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
● Works best under pressure

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS AND SYSTEMS AND LOG-IN REQUIREMENTS

Working Conditions: ● Work at home
● Regular working hours (Mondays to Fridays)
● Laptop/ Desktop, Headset/ Earphone, Webcam (built-in or external, internet connection)
● Lives near Imus, Cavite. Can report to the studio 3x a week
● Flexible and available to work outside given work hours if needed
