On December 14, 2023, the third year Electrical student hosted an inspiring event themed
"Pakiglambigit," aiming to cultivate a positive workplace culture with a spark. The day
unfolded with a seamless blend of engaging activities, insightful sessions, and moments of
connection, leaving an indelible mark on the participants.

The event began with a vibrant registration process where participants were warmly
welcomed by the organizers. The registration desk featured the theme "Creating a Positive
Workplace Culture with a Spark," setting the tone for the day ahead. Attendees swiftly
checked in, receiving event kits that included materials to actively participate in the day's
sessions.

Following registration, participants were treated to a delightful breakfast, offering not only
a variety of delicious options but also an opportunity for networking. The morning
continued with a "Get To Know You" (GTKY) session, promoting camaraderie and
understanding among attendees. Personal introductions and icebreaker activities paved
the way for meaningful connections, aligning with the overarching theme of fostering a

the atmosphere. The prayers, the National Anthem, and the ASEAN Hymn created a sense
