Made by ALTHEA THERESE S. DEGAMO

BEED-1

February 17,2024 (Week 2)

This day was our second meeting in our NSTP 102 class, But it was my first time attending it
because I rearranged my class schedule. I was very early because I was afraid to be late especially since
it was my first time and I was afraid my professor was a terror one. But then I entered the wrong room
and it was embarrassing but then I saw one of my classmates in my other subject and asked if we have
the same professor t in NSTP too and thanked God because we're really in the same but he is for a
morning but he still attended the afternoon class because he did not attend it in the morning. Then we
asked around if they knew where our classroom then we eventually found it.

Then my professor arrived and started to check the list of absences.and she starts discussing
Community Needs and Assessment.About Rapid Rural Appraisal and Concepts of RRA like Respect for
locals and capabilities or Reversal of learning, Rapid and progressive learning, Off-setting biases, Seeking
diversity, and many more. It was fun learning all of that and learning how the community works also
learned how to actively engage with the community, focus on group discussions, and observe and
understand them. She also said that we will have an OJT in some of the barangays but our time is limited
and don't know if it will happen.

She eventually grouped us into 4 groups and I was in group 2, and she started discussing
that we would be having an acting and all about how community works. Then I and my groupmates
started discussing what we would do and we eventually made a script about the Mayor who wanted to
do a community event and asked all the families about their options and their suggestions, then
eventually they all settled to do a feeding for the kids. It was enjoyable watching other groups perform
and act and it all thanks to our professor for making us do it. After that, our professor told us that it was
ready to go home. Today's class was fun, amusing, and entertaining.
