    On the first day of her immersion, the author was nervous about interacting with different people but saw it as an opportunity to improve her social skills. She and her peers reported to the school guidance counselor, Ms. Ronna, as their supervisor Mrs. Legara was absent. Ms. Ronna oriented them to the rules and their job assignments for the 10 day period, but noted they would receive their actual assignments when Mrs. Legara returned. As they waited for Mrs. Legara, the author and her peers decided to clean up trash and leaves around the school grounds to make productive use of their time.

    DAY 1

    March 04 , 2021

    On my first day of immersion , I was so very nervous because I’m a kind of person who is afraid
    to interact with different people . But I guess this is the way where I can know to socialize
    different people in that certain field .

    When we got there we went to Ms. Ronna because Mrs. Legara is not around . Ms. Ronna is
    the school guidance of Guindaruhan Elementary School. She oriented us on the rules and
    regulations and on the job that will assign to us for our 10 days of immersion. But
    Ms. Ronna tell us that it’s just a temporary,because Mrs. Legara is the one who will guide and
    assigned us in different teachers when she came back. So Ms. Ronna tells us that we just stay in
    the stage for a while to wait for Mrs. Legara . While waiting , we’ve notice that there’s so many
    trashes and leaves in the ground so we decided to clean it . We’re the one who initiated what are
    the things we should do because it’s so boring when we just stay and sit in the stage whole day.
