Build the Need

While I look over your property, can you please tell me about your mosquito concerns? Did
you know that we have over 16 different species of mosquitoes here? Some are the flood-plain
mosquitoes, and some are the container breeders. You might notice slight differences in
appearance, some are lighter colored, tannish, and others are small and darker.

Explain the Service

We have a few different treatment options for mosquito control. Our most popular
treatment is the Traditional Barrier Treatment Program.

How that works is when we get to your property, we do a full inspection for potential mosquito
breeding sites. Storm drains, down spouts, window wells. A female mosquito can lay up
to 300 eggs in a tablespoon of water, so it is important that we identify any standing water on
the property.

Then, we use a backpack mist blower to treat all the foliage on the property. We focus on
the area that mosquitoes like to hang out, the shady areas. The undersides of leaves, trees,
bushes, shrubs, grass, and landscaping.

Our products have a 2-part effect: it knocks down all the active mosquitoes on your property,
and it leaves a residual barrier that lasts for 3 weeks. So as new mosquitoes come into your
property from surrounding areas, when they land on your property they will be eliminated.
The treatment is all year around, from the month of March till November we treat your property for
mosquitos and from December, January and February we treat your property for Spiders, Chiggers, Flies,
Gnats, Wasps, Ants, fleas and any other crawling insects which are prone to affect your backyard.

Set the Expectations

You can expect 85-90% reduction of activity. So, you still may get a few coming in
especially during the evening hours, but overall, you will notice a huge decrease. If you used to
get 10 bites, well now you will get one or two.

Our products are non-toxic to people, pets, and wildlife once applied in accordance with
the label. We just ask that you stay off the products until they dry. About 30 minutes or so.

Although we are not the least expensive company, our goal is to provide world-class
customer service through the use of the highest quality products. You can expect

Pricing

Pricing is based off property size, how big is your property? Do you have any water
features?

So, for your property size, we can treat it for _____ per application. We will just continue to
come and treat until you tell us to stop. We also have a new customer special right now. We
can actually do your first one for just $39.

The best part is our guarantee: anytime in between applications, if you are uncomfortable
with the level of activity, just contact us and we will come back and treat again to knock them
down.

Since it is an outside only treatment, you do not need to be home. They will perform the
service, and then leave a work order on the door when they are done with the time that they
finished.

Payment

As far as payment, we have two options: you can pay for the season up-front and get a 5%
discount, or you can pay per application as you go. Which do you prefer?
