SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, AAA, a resident of Tabok, Mandaue City and BBB, a resident of Cordova, Cebu,
both of legal age, Filipinos, do hereby name, constitute and appoint CCC of legal age, Filipino,
with postal address Tabok, Mandaue City 6014, to be our true and lawful attorney, for us and in
our name, place and stead to do and perform the following act, viz:

1. To USE, MANAGE, and COLLATERAL parcel of land known as Lot 2460-C,

containing an area of FIFTY-TWO (52) square meters covered by Tax Declaration No.
19-0008-08830, a copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale is hereto attached as Annex A.

2. To EXECUTE and SIGN any necessary papers to carry out the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full powers and authority
to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally
present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause
to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
