Physical Design
Takshila VLSI’s physical design course is designed to give hands on
experience in designing complex chip physical design from RTL to
GDSII by utilizing industry standard EDA tools. Course majorly focuses
in improving student skill set from the basics and gradually introduce
more complex topics with the help of industry standard live projects.

Analog Circuit Design

Analog Circuit Design course is designed to give handson exposure in
designing the complex Analog mixed signal blocks. Course focuses on
design and simulation of circuits such as Opamp, Bandgap-reference
BGR, LDO, Oscillators, PLL and A/D converters. Best suitable for
Master degree students and working professionals to improve their
skill set in Analog circuit design.

Analog Layout Design

Course focuses on giving intuitive understanding of Latch-up, Antenna
effect, EM&IR and different types of matching techniques. Course
curriculum is designed to enforce the student to continuous practice of
layout design of critical blocks such as Opamp, BGR, LDO, VCO to make
them suitable for jobs in semiconductor industry.

ASIC Design & Verification

Course majorly focuses on giving handson experience in Verilog, System
Verilog and UVM using EDA tools. Live projects such as AXI to I2C bridge
protocol cover all aspects of design verification using system Verilog and
universal verification methodology (UVM).

Design For Test (DFT)

Course mainly focuses on giving deep understanding of SCAN, ATPG and
JTAG by executing multiple live projects. Course extensively cover
concepts to improve testability and implement them by doing SCAN,
ATPG and Simulations.
