Summary
The article aims to summarize and evaluate behavioral theories about road traffic field to
provide an overview that help researchers choose a proper theory and approach for their
research on behavior towards road traffic area.
GIÔÙI THIEÄU cô. Quaù trình nhaän thöùc bao goàm: nhaän
bieát, ghi nhôù thoâng tin cuõng nhö quaù trình
Haønh vi tham gia giao thoâng ñöôøng boä moâ taû caùc hoïc taäp. Caùc thaønh phaàn chính cuûa haønh
haønh ñoäng vaø xu höôùng thay ñoåi cuûa ngöôøi laùi xe khi vi ngöôøi tieâu duøng laø: moâi tröôøng, ñaëc
tham gia giao thoâng trong caùc tình huoáng khaùc nhau. tính saün coù cuûa saûn phaåm, ñaëc ñieåm cuûa
Trong quaù trình tham gia giao thoâng, haønh vi laø keát quaû ngöôøi ra quyeát ñònh nhö nhaân khaåu - xaõ
(bieán phuï thuoäc) cuûa moät toå hôïp phöùc taïp caùc yeáu toá hoäi hoïc vaø taâm lyù hoïc.

Taùc giaû heä thoáng hoaù moät soá lyù thuyeát ñöôïc öùng daãn ñeán thöïc hieän haønh vi. Vì vaäy, döï ñònh
duïng trong nghieân cöùu haønh vi, ñaëc bieät lieân quan ñeán haønh vi laø yeáu toá quyeát ñònh haønh vi vaø laø
caùc yeáu toá vaø quaù trình ra quyeát ñònh cuûa ngöôøi tieâu yeáu toá quan troïng nhaát döï ñoaùn haønh vi
duøng, cuï theå: (Ajzen vaø Fishbein, 2010). Döï ñònh haønh
