Smoke detector activated in ADB Building Roof Machine Room

Section 4: Sequence of Events

On 24th JULY 2023, 22:51:39 Fire alarm activated in ADB Building Elevator Machine Room. EFS
team reported immediately to the BNPP Emergency team about the fire alarm.

Fire Fighting Emergency team arrived at site and observed Smoke detector P4-C5-SD3 in the
ADB Building Elevator Machine Room. Fire team checked the Location and found the smoke
detector was activated due to humidity.

Fire Team reset the panel and is under 24 Hours observation. Reason for Alarm is Due to humidity.

Fire alarm panel activated – 22:51:39

Fire alarm panel has been silenced – 23:04:09
Fire alarm panel has been reset – 23:04:16
