Our meeting at BVI Consulting Engineers in Upington on 19 May 2021 refers. Thank
you for meeting with us and for enlightening us with the valuable background
information about the plant.

Since you have personally been involved with the plant in the past and are in
possession of valuable technical information, we would like to request BVI Upington
to consider a role as specialist subcontractor to Alveo Water on this project.

The specialist subcontract scope would include amongst other things:

• Site information of existing infrastructure
• Process information of the existing plant
• Available as-built drawings
• Available technical data of equipment

Could you please send us a proposal for supplying the above available data and for
rendering a specialist advisory service on a retainer or time and cost basis.
We do not foresee that your services will be required for the full contract duration,
but we would certainly require considerable input at the early stages of the contract.
