SUBJECT : Spot Report on Concubinage

DATE : January 30, 2024

1. On January 29, 2024 Chloe Faye Camasura 40 years old, married a former OFW and
a resident of Calunasan North Cotabato appeared in this office and reported that
allegedly her husband Peniel James Placios, 41 years old, married, a driver, and a
resident of the above-mentioned address was allegedly having an illicit affair with
another woman identified as Jessa de Jose, 28 years old single, Sales lady at Bodega
ni Carina located in Poblacion Kidapawan, and a resident of Barangay Kidapawan City
North Cotabato, That sometimes on January 29, 2024 reported saw a picture of his
husband wearing white jersey shirt together with his paramour lying on the same bed
and naked in the house of Ana Mae Jayme and also have a sex video found in the
cellphone.

2. Investigator interviewed the victim namely Chloe Faye Camasura 40 years old
residence of Calunsan North Cotabato state that (dugay nako nagahinala ana sakong
bana daghan ko nadungog na istorya bahin anang naa syay kabit pero gibaliwala ra
nako to hantud sa naay nag tug an sako iyang amigo nga nisulod daw sila sa balay sa
katong babae mga alas 9 sa gabii naay picture gipakita iyang barkada sako natingala
sad ko ato na time katong adlaw nilakaw sya gabii na nya di mana sya ga lakaw
inganang orasa mao to nagtingala nako ug nakauli sya buntag na ug naa koy nabasa
sa cp ug Nakita sakong anak sa cp nga naa syay video scandal kauban to nya ang
iyang kabit)

3. According to the witness Jayvee Lardera 17 year old resident of Purok 2 Barangay
Sta. Felomina Kidapawan North Cotabato she said that (una ato kay nag cp rako nag
kuri kuri rako sa cp sakong papa and then naa koy Nakita na mga video or sex video
nya kauban iyang kabit) and another statement (pagkita nako dayun kay ako dayun
giingon ka mama sa maong nahitabo kay wala nako kasabot unsa akong buhaton

4. Through the statement of the witness the evidence found that having an affair with
the other woman in the case of concubinage the judge issued a warrant of arrest for
Mark John Nermal 41 years old resident of Purok 2 Barangay Sta. Felomina
Kidapawan. On January 29, 2024 the suspect was arrested at his house by the hot-
pursuit operation conducted by the Kidapawan Police.

5. According to the statement of the suspect Peniel James Placios 41 years old
resident at Calunasan North Cotabato said that (dili man nako to kabit amigo rami, ug
usa pa dili man to ako ang naa sa video scam man to, sauna close lang jud mi na
pagka amigo kay kaila naman mi daan ato sauna pa) other statement he said (tingala
nalang ko nga kalit rako nila dakpon nga wala man koy gibuhat na krimen nagpuyo
raman ko samong balay)

6. Through the help of the investigator and the statement of the witness found out that
the suspect Peniel James Placios 41 years old resident Calunasan North Cotabato
commit the case of concubinage having affair with another woman who is not his wife
which is stated under Article 344 of the Revised Penal Code. The suspect is arrested
and he is under the custody of Kidapawan City Station while appropriate charges will
apply in court.
