RE: PELAN PENGUKURAN BAGI KEDUDUKAN RUMAH KEBUN DAN

SEMPADAN TANAMAN

I am the principal surveyor of the Smart Survey Consultant Firm.

In 2023, our firm was engaged to do the survey for the purpose of verifying and/or
marking out any encroachment and/or trespass. In early April 2023, I assigned a team
led by a survey technician.

In April 2023, my team entered the above site to carry out a preliminary survey on the
areas and map out the areas which were occupied by trespassers followed by actual
survey and completed the exercise.

Upon their return, on his findings:-

(1) that there were 10 wooden structures built all over the land;

(2) that there were also 9 separate areas of planted with oil palm trees and a few fruit
trees; and

(3) that they were unable to determine who the trespassers were nor were they able
to determine to whom the structures belong and who planted the oil palm trees
and fruit trees.
