Title: “Breaking the Chains of Abuse”

INT. FAMILY BUSINESS OFFICE – DAY

The office is buzzing with activity as employees diligently work at their desks. DIANNA, HANNAH, and
REYMARK are seen engrossed in their tasks. Suddenly, JERO, NICA, ASHLEY, and CALVIN , the family
members who own the business, entered the scene.

JERO

(looking displeased)

What’s taking you so long? Hurry up and finish those tasks!

NICA

(authoritatively)

You better work faster and meet the deadlines. We won’t tolerate any mistakes!

ASHLEY

(mockingly)

Don’t forget, we’re the ones who pay your salaries. Show some gratitude!

CALVIN

(arrogantly)

Remember, we’re the bosses here. You should be grateful to have a job in this family business.

The employees exchange worried glances but continue working silently.

INT. BREAK ROOM – LUNCHTIME

DIANNA, HANNAH, and REYMARK sat together, discussing their concerns.

DIANNA

(whispering)

I can’t believe how they treat us. It’s like we’re just tools for their profit.

HANNAH

(nodding)

I agree. We deserve to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of our relationship with them.

REYMARK

(determined)

We can’t let this continue. We need to find a way to address this issue and stand up for ourselves.

INT. EMPLOYEE MEETING – DAY

The employees gather for a meeting, nervously awaiting their turn to speak.

DIANNA

(clearing her throat)

We appreciate the opportunity to work here, but we can no longer tolerate the abusive treatment from
the family members.

HANNAH

(firmly)

The constant belittlement and exploitation are affecting our well-being and job satisfaction.

REYMARK

(raising his voice)

We demand fair treatment, equal opportunities, and a respectful work environment for all employees.
The family members exchange surprised glances, realizing the gravity of the situation.

INT. FAMILY BUSINESS OFFICE – DAY

Days pass, and the family members begin to reflect on their behavior. They engage in conversations with
the employees, acknowledging their mistakes and committing to change.

JERO

(apologetically)

We have realized the impact of our actions. We sincerely apologize for the way we have treated you.

NICA

(sincerely)

We understand the need for fair treatment and respect. We will work towards creating a healthier work
environment.

ASHLEY

(humbly)

We acknowledge our faults and are committed to fostering a positive workplace culture for everyone.

CALVIN

(gratefully)

Thank you for speaking up. We value your contributions and are dedicated to making amends.

INT. FAMILY BUSINESS OFFICE – DAY (LATER)

The office atmosphere begins to transform. The family members actively work on improving their
behavior, implementing fair policies, and fostering a supportive work environment.

DIANNA

(smiling)

I can’t believe the positive changes. We finally feel valued and respected as employees.
HANNAH

(excitedly)

It’s amazing what can happen when we stand up for ourselves and demand better treatment.

REYMARK

(contently)

This experience has taught us the importance of mutual respect, empathy, and creating a harmonious
workplace.

FADE OUT.
