Mardy:

These are appreciation messages for a person whose guidance and leadership have been invaluable to us
since the past years. We can’t thank this person enough for all the help that he has bestowed upon not just
for ACCS but for the entire YMAC/YAC family as well. While the advice to keep a positive attitude
sounds cliche, a positive group manager knows how important it is. He does more than start the day with
a smile. And that is what Brother Allan can be described with.

Dionar: (Akin itong part na ito kuya, gagayahin ko boses nya nihhh. HAHAHAHAHA)
He maintains his positive attitudes all throughout the day, no matter what happens. When members go to
him with a problem or what seems like a dead end, Bro. Allan doesn’t say how upset he is about the
member. He would rather say, in a husky sweet voice "Hutik yan! Soowwsssss. Mga Achuchuchu
kayo!!! Let’s see how we can fix this."

Oliver:
Brother Allan moves it beyond by exemplifying his passion for work. He loves the group and its culture,
its talents and services. He is fond of developing the young missionaries. His jobs aren’t just jobs to him,
these are passions, and he loves to share those passions with his organization.
Ian:
He is also creative. He formulates a variety of methods and progress goals for YAC/YMAC groups. He
doesn’t presume that the usual way is the best and only way. He is open to all concepts and accepts them
with passion. Officers and members are aware of this and are moved to bring creative ideas to the group.
Ice:
Bro. Allan motivates others just by the way he faces problems and guides his team. He encourages by
acknowledging their faults and fiascos and then, through his positive attitude, finds another solution.

Marjorie:
He has empathy, too. He recognizes how it feels to be in his member's shoes. He understands how
wounding it can be to have a leader describe work as disgusting, and how that might strike morale and the
ability to move forward. To prevent that, he gives constructive criticism in an uplifting, rather than
disheartening way.

Michelle:
Brother Allan’s great dedication has inspired us a lot. Of course, he is the manager of YMAC, not only by
words but by his work, a way of dealing with us and success founded on superb management skills, a
good sense of humor and trustworthiness.

Oliver: (Finale!)

We experienced a lot of these while working along with him in the ministry. Bro. Allan had given us a
happy working environment and a cheerful team with easily available facilities.

Mardy: (Finale!)

We wish that Bro. Allan may continue achieving success in his mission for the youth. Thank you, Bro.
Allan, for all your support, and for keeping our friendship intact. Cheers!
