1. As a barangay captain of this institution what can you say about the negative thoughts of the
people about you?
Answer: for all the people who says negative behind my back I can say that thank you so much,
thank you because those hate, I was made myself better day by day and I would to tell them
that instead of bashing me why would we help one another to make our society better.
2. Do your barangay have enough garbage bins?
Answer: yes of course, our barangay is always ready to any situation coming.
3. Are you a good leader or do you have a good influence to your staff?
Answer: I can say that I am a good leader as well as a good influencer to my staff because I have
a good behavior that I would really proud of. A part from being a good leader I always treasure
everyone’s effort and I’m always greatful for having them as my staff in this barangay.
4. What are the rules of your barangay?
Answer: monitor, coordinate and supervise the operation of all community. Based anti-crime
movements within the barangay; periodically assess the prevailing peace and order situation in
their respective areas of responsibility and submit report with appropriate recommendation to
the higher peace and order councils.
5. How do you manage your time to serve people and your family?
Answer: I am setting a plan to do things in advance and negotiate. I gave my family to bond and
have a good communication because we know that it not easy to be a leader there always a
sacrifice but I love my job that’s why I always give my best to be a good leader as well as a good
father to my children/family.
