Risk Factors in Lifestyle Diseases


- In 2009, Nutrition Month in the Philippines was celebrated with a theme: “Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan,
Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan”. Focuses on the importance of proper nutrition with the control of diet and lifestyle.

Diseases Related to Unhealthy Lifestyle
1. Cardiovascular diseases – develops when there is abnormality in the flow of blood through the heart and body.

sugar in the blood.
