Reporting to bioderma SCE manager in Kuwait

II- GENERAL MISSION


- To promote bioderma’ items to the consumers in the pharmacy and to provide the
necessary professional skin advise to them
- To be in charge of the brand look and visibility in the pos that is covered

III- MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

A/ pharmacy animation

- Daily presence in the determined pos for promoting bioderma brands


(avalable in schedule {Place and time -8 Haurs continuous or 2 separete
hours}) and to explain to the consumers how bioderma ranges will help them
managing the skin disporders
- Advise the customer on the skin care tips and advise and refer to the
dermatologist whenever needed
- Dispnesing samples to the consumers for trying our ranges as well as the pos
staff
- Skin analysis and data base collection and follow up with the consumers on
that analysis

B/ consumer activities

- Managing and conducting the VIP consumer events occasionally

- Conduct mall animation on the booth occasionally

- Distribution of the maternity pouch in the hospitals and conduct maternity


meeting with the nurses occasionally

C/ merchandising activities :

- In charge of how good the brand will be visibile in the pos ranging from shelve
management to care of good looking displays and stock management in the
pos

C/ Commercial activities
- Responsible for the implementation of the consumer offers and follow up in
the pos
- Sell the products to the conusmers
D/ Administrative

- Send l reports for the manager demonstrating the details and the commnet of
the pos sales
- Supply the manager with the sales of the different ranges of bioderma in the
pos
- Inform the manager on the competitor activities in the pos
- Collect data base of the consumers for furthur follow up and actvities as the
skin machine
- attend at the arranged schedule for the office meeting with the manager and
the trainer

E /Knowledge

- mastering the following is a must


1- medical knowledge related to the indication
2- the product knowledge of the brand
3- the sales argument speech
4- selling techniques

1- managed directly by the commercial manager of Kuwait
