Executive Summary
As part of promotional activity and PhilSys Advocacy Philippine Statistics Authority
(PSA) Oriental Mindoro Provincial Office was conducted last 21 February 2024 al
Municipal Hall of Mansalay, Brgy. Poblacion, Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro. The
program starts the registration 8:00 in the morning. Municipal Civil Registrar Ms.
Corazon Fronda gave welcoming remarks and after that it proceed to the discussion
of 2024 PhilSys Updates. PhilSys Focal Person Mr. Jerome de Guzman conducted
PhilSys lnformation Dissemination/Drive to the barangay secretaries of Bongabong.
New features and updates of PhilSys was emphasize in the discussion and also PFP
Jerome thank all barangays for unwavering support to the PSA Oriental Mindoro.

During the activity, distribution of flyers was conducted by PFP Jerome to promote
the uses of ePhillD, benefits of being PhilSys registered, brief information of
Philippine ldentification System (PhilSys) Act and common questions regarding the
status of delivery of PhillD cards. A total of 48 people attended in the information
dissemination of PhilSys Updates.

After the discussion of PhilSys Updates an open forum was conducted. Most of the
participants asked the status of delivery of their PhillD Cards. PFP Jerome said that
they can check thru philpost tracking by entering the 29 digits can be found in their
transaction slips.
