BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

Dyverlyn M. Aldeguer, On the 20th of September in 2000 a Future Entrepreneur

was born. She is currently living in Purok Baganihan,Barangay Kapingkong,

Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat. She is the eldest child of Mr. Randy F. Aldeguer and Mrs.

Beverly M. Aldeguer. She finished her Elementary in Kapingkong Central Elementary

School in 2011 while her secondary level was finished at St.John Early Learning Center

Incorporated in 2018. She continue her Journey to fulfill her dreams at Sultan Kudarat

State University; she pursued her tertiary level degree, Bachelor of Science in

Entrepreneurship. With the guidance of the Almighty God and support coming from her

family and friends she is expected to graduate and get her diploma.

I want to express my gratitude to everyone who helped and encouraged me to

complete my research.

My sincere gratitude to my mentor, Professor Jezyl E. Palapos, MBM-HRM, for

her excellent guidance, insightful advice, and efficiency help in completing this project. I

would want to thank the other panelists, in addition to my adviser, for their insightful

remarks and recommendations that have helped me refine my research.

To my statistician, Dennis Abanales, for his analysis time, knowledge sharing,

and expertise in accomplishing this study. To my English critic, Giselle A. Lademora, for

Aldeguer and Mrs. Beverly Aldeguer, as well as to my friends, for their prayers,
