● Engage with their content/follow them/comment something personalized


(IG ONLY) (Higher chance of them seeing the DM)

○ “Hey (Name), loved this video. Also the last one you posted about
[something valuable about another post they made]. By the way, I sent
you a message. Would love to connect although it might be in your
message requests 😅”

No reply after 24 hours, say in another post and comment…

○ “Hey (Name), awesome content as usual! Btw, did you ever get my
message? Might be stuck forever in requests 💀 😅”

● Conversational Opener (Goal: Simly to get them to respond, don't mention


you, the offer, etc.)

○ Hey (Prospect Name), just saw your page and looks like you’re doing
awesome with your business, congrats! May I ask how long you’ve owned
your business?
Sample:

● Hey Jerry, just saw your page and looks like you’re doing awesome with your
business, congrats! May I ask how long you’ve owned your business?

● Transition To Offer (Pitch worded differently for higher conversion)


○ Awesome, we're actually looking for one home renovation company to
partner with in (CITY). We’ll bring you 7 jobs guaranteed within 14 days
free of charge.
■ Would you be interested to connect and see how we do this for
other home renovation companies? (next line)

Sample:
First message: Awesome, we're actually looking for one home renovation company to
partner with in Seattle. We’ll bring you 7 jobs guaranteed within 14 days free of charge.

Followed by a second message: Would you be interested to connect and see how we
do this for other home renovation companies?

● FOLLOW-UP PATHS
● If someone doesn’t respond to your initial message…
● Hey what’s up! Doing good??
● “(Name)? 😅”
● “GIF”
● “This is what being ghosted feels like doesn’t it?” 😆
● Did you get my last message?
● “I guess life got the best of you aha, shoot me a text!”

● Once Prospect is Interested.


● Once they seem interested you send them this:
○ Well the next step would be to hop on a quick 10-15 minute chat,
and I can get you connected with our CEO, [Founder’s Name], to
give you more info. Let's do it??
● Once they agree to have a call with you send them best times:

● Drop calendar link OR manually message agency’s availabilities as shown


below.

Ask for prospect’s phone number and email

● “Sounds good! Really quick, what’s your best email and phone number for me to
book us in?”

If you didn’t find your prospect’s name say this…

● “Also, what is the name of the person we will be speaking with?”

● Schedule the prospect in GHL/Go-High-Level or calendar link

After booking them say this…


● “Awesome, thank you! Already booked us in and [Founder’s Name] will reach
out to you on (THE DAY YOU BOOKED THEM IN)!”

Sample: Awesome, thank you! Already booked us in and someone from our team will
reach out to you on Monday!

Good work! You booked the prospect!!


Prospect Saying No:

If Prospect Says “No” to Second Message:


● Okay, no worries! Do you know another [NICHE] in [CITY] that would [desire,
i.e. $20,000-$50,000 in bottom line revenue] going into 2024? We offer a killer
referral bonus!

● If Prospect Say “Yes”, get their referral’s IG handle then reach out to them:

● If Prospect Say they like what we offer, proceed them to the call:
○ Great, well the next step would be to schedule a quick 10-15 minute chat
to give you more info. Does that sound fair?

● If Prospect Says “No”:


○ All good! Mind if I drop you some resources on how we help home
renovation companies? Least I can do is give you insights

● If Prospect Say “Yes” To Personalized Video: “Heart their last message” and
send them these links/pics in separate messages:

● If Prospect Says “No” Again:


○ Hey, all good! In the meantime, if you need any help, don’t care how
small, you can always reach out to me. 👍
Prospect Not Replying:

If Prospect doesn’t reply to Second Message and has seen it:


Is that something you’re opposed to talking about?
Is this something worth taking 10 minutes to learn about?

Prospect Asking Questions:

If Prospect asks what we’ll be talking about or what call is for:


● Great, we’ll be chatting about [explain service and offer to achieve their desire]

If Prospect asks what do we offer or what are our services:


● Happy to share that, we offer a variety of packages, ultimately depending on
what a business needs
○ Let’s hop on a call to chat, our prices are custom again to what a business
needs and how we can help. Sounds good? (next line)

If Prospect asks how much our services cost:


● Our pricing varies on many things, primarily around what you are looking to do
and how many people you want to reach.
○ We'd like to speak with you to see what exactly you need (next line)

If Prospect asks if we’ve met before:


● Nope, first time we’re meeting!
(Then continue with pitch or next line)

If Prospect asks if we’re an agency (or says manager, sales department, etc.):
● We help brands like yours [explain service briefly]
● Again we GUARANTEE [guarantee agency offers]

If Prospect asks to send email proposal:


● “Happy to do that, and let’s hop on a call to chat. I’ll drop my availabilities, one
second”
