Instruction. Answer the following questions briefly and concisely.

1. Would a job analyst expect to find gender and race differences in the way
employees perform the duties of their jobs? Why or why not?

No because I believe in equality. That's stereotyping and also discriminating if you think there
are differences in genders and race in terms of gender. It doesn't depends on what gender or
race you have, it depends on how you perform your job.

2. Suppose you are an HR Manager, which among the two will you give more
importance – internal or external pay equity? Explain briefly.

According to eiri.com. Both internal and external equity factors are important tools used to
define and implement a solid compensation strategy, resulting in effective management of
employee total rewards. With the majority of expenses attributable to labor costs, consideration
of both is vital to providing fair, equitable compensation and the ability to attract and retain the
best talent.
