Project Proposal
Project Title: "Iisa Tayo ngayong Pasko" (We are One this Christmas)
Objective:
To foster unity, empathy, and the spirit of giving among students , teachers and
staff of San Jose National High School by organizing a Christmas project wherein
each section from Grades 7-10 adopts a less privileged family, providing them with
food, gifts, and including them in the section's Christmas celebration.
Project Timeline:
Allocate specific dates for each section to go shopping for their adopted family.
Organize a gift wrapping event where students wrap presents for their adopted
families. (during MAPEH or HGP time)
Sections visit their adopted families to inform them about the activity and what they
will expect after. Entice the family with words and show them the care and love they
need this Christmas simply through this event.
Document the visits through photos and short videos for a project recap.
Coordinate with sections to ensure their adopted families are included in the
Christmas party guest list.
Plan logistics for transportation and participation in the party.
Host a school-wide Christmas party where all adopted families are invited.
Facilitate games, performances, and activities that promote interaction and joy.
Compile photos and videos from the project for a presentation during the last school
day.
Express gratitude to students, teachers, and businesses involved in the project.
Conduct a feedback session with sections to gather insights for future projects.
Document the project's success stories and impact on both students and adopted
families.
Evaluation:
Assess the project's success through surveys, feedback sessions, and the overall
impact on fostering a sense of unity, empathy, and the Christmas spirit within the
school community.
