    The graph shows the flourish trend of using the internet during the

    period 1999-2009. The results are from USA, Canada and Mexico. The
    biggest change/ Strike feature that we can see in the graph(the strike
    trend that can be observed) is internet became a lot more popular in
    Canada when comparing with other countries in the graph. Firstly, we
    can see that in 1999, percentage of internet users in Canada was
    approximately 10%. However, in 2009, the percentage of using internet
    of Canadians went up to 90%. On the other hand, there was a modest
    growth in rate of internet users in Mexico during a decade. We can see
    that the rate went up from 10% in 1999 to 30% in 2009. Finally, there
    was a steady tendency of using internet of users in USA. The percentage
    of users went up and fell successively but, in general, it rose from 20%
    in 1999 to 80% 2009.
