In brief it is as follows: -
 Responsible for developing solutions to meet clients- business objectives based on consumer insight and data
 Participates in creating and implementing strategies that improve business processes
 Assist in defining digital technology roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders, business partners
team to support business growth
 Developing and enhancing Digital propositions for clients
 Hands on knowledge on BRD preparation/validation, UAT process/Validation, migration process etc.
 Strong understanding APIs and microservices
 Knowledge in Digital Banking implementation
 Knowledge in multiple interfaces required in BFSI
 Participated in Ideation Workshops and targeted strategy-focused workshops
 Preferably having pre-sales / consulting experience in BFSI
 Explore underlying business and technical drivers’ opportunities, challenges and make recommendations and
provide advisory services to clients, creating models for success
 Able to handle large size project implementation
 Ability to work well independently and with teams including project stakeholders and project team members
 Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions
 Manages the definition of requirements and creates high-level business and technical architectural
specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with new or existing systems/platforms
 Works in partnership with technical experts, architects, business analysts, and developers from internal teams
or external partners to design and guide new solutions
 Interacting with Head of Departments, implementation partner teams, consultants and other stakeholders
 Support practice Managers/ Associate Director with development and delivery of proposals
 Exposure to Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Cloud, Security, DevOps practices would be an added
advantage
 Experience with Big 4 companies to be preferred

B. Tech / MCA/ MBA / Data Science

Educational Qualification
Certification in Digital technologies - AI, blockchain,
Include Additional Certification if any
analytics, IoT/ design thinking /TOGAF/ equivalent preferred
