Other Service Terms:

1) Payment Terms : Within 30 Days of raising the invoice (invoice to be raised immediately upon joining)

2) An unqualified three months (90 days) replacement guarantee occurs from the date work commences

(candidate’s DOJ), provided all services charges are paid within agreed time

3) Profile lock-in period : 6 months from the date ofsubmission
