Pre-onboarding
Please ensure:
● You register with your own phone number that has been linked to YOUR aadhar card and not of
any family members
● Your Aadhaar & PAN linking is mandatory
● You have your physical PAN card (In proper condition, Original only) with you to complete your
KYC to open a full KYC account
● You watch this video and have a seamless onboarding experience :)
Onboarding

Step 2: Register your phone number
- Register with Aadhar-linked Phone Number, verify OTP
- Understand and agree with terms & conditions

Step 4: Eligibility Check (Some may have this step, some of you may not go through this step)
- Verify your work status: Choose the right option for you

Step 6: Family Details
- Fill father’s legal name exactly AS PER PAN CARD (Please double check for spelling mistakes,
spaces etc)
- Choose your nominee

Step 8: Record a Selfie Video
- Please ensure this is taken in a well-lit place, with no other people in the background and read
the numbers on the screen clearly & loudly
- This step might take some time to verify. In case this takes longer than 2 hours, reach out to your
Fi POC.

Step 10: Upgrade to Salary
- Voila! Your savings account is opened, all you need to do is click the “Upgrade your Account”
option on the top-left corner of your home screen, choose the “Salary Plan” option and verify
your employer from the drop down. Please check your organization’s legal name with your HR
and enter the right option accordingly.
- One last & most critical step: Share your account details with your HR and your benefits will get
automatically activated the day your salary gets credited into the account.
