    You need to select


    Employee ID

    You need to enter Group
    Code : “WGR”

    You need to enter your


    Employee No : (SAP
    Code). without prefixing
    '0' (i.e. 12345)

    You need to enter your


    Mobile No and generate
    OTP.

    Click on Submit for 4

    You can also download E- Card through Mobile app - Play Store/App Store

    Step 1: - Download mWISE - Paramount TPA Mobile app through Play store /
    App Store and click on install tab

    Step 2: - Please enter your employee code without prefixing '0' (i.e. 12345)
    and date of birth to Sign Up

    You need to
    enter Group
    Code : “WGR”

    Step 3: - Please enter your mobile number to proceed, you will receive m-PIN
