1. Status:
QA LOT OUT - DISTORTION R

2. Problem:
Sound check : Distortion
Sound check again after few ours : NOT Distortion - Good

3. Cause Analysis:

INITIAL CHECK REMOVE PROTECTOR FROM HSG REMOVE DU ASSY FROM PROTECTOR OPEN DRIVER UNIT
GOOD(NOT DISTORTION) GOOD(NOT DISTORTION) GOOD(NOT DISTORTION) SOLDER BALL

Foreign material like "soft bond
ball shape"
Sound checking:
The nature of distortion is not like solder ball
scratching, dent film, deform voice coil or off-set
voice coil.
It is like voice coil scratching but sound is different
because the material sa soft bond ball.

Possible during production sound checking, the

foreign material is ia place that did not creat
distortion.

This why when OQA check distortion and then

check again not distortion anymore.
Until today checking again still not distortion
because the material already attach to the v/c
bond and did not move anymore.
Yoke no problem. No dirt or
foreign material

4. Activity Improvement:

MFG3 : 5S on specific area related to process

MFG1 : Clean soldering cover and pad before use
5S on specific protector sub assy and tray
