Preliminary comments:
 B3 Floor Framing
 B2 Floor Framing 1. The soil investigation report shall be submitted including the
 B1 Floor Framing following:
 Ground Floor Framing
 1st Floor Framing  Soil classification for seismic study
 Typical Floor Framing  Soil density, internal friction angle and cohesion
 Roof Floor Framing
 Allowable soil pressure
 Top Of Roof Framing
 Subgrade reaction
 Columns & Shear Walls
 Raft Bottom and Top reinforcement.  Predictable settlements
 Water table level

2. Concrete Compressive strength value is not mentioned in any

drawing; to be clarified.

3. Posttesnion slabs shall be submitted and the following 2

comments are to be respected on the PT design:

 Peripheral chords (Chaînages Horizontaux périphériques)

shall be added to each slab, respecting the following:
- Minimum reinforcement is 3cm2 (4Φ10).
- Minimum shear reinforcement spacing shall be equal to
min (beam height and 25 cm).

 Horizontal chords (Chaînages Horizontaux transversaux)

shall be added at the common area between slab and
bracing system, respecting the following:

- Minimum reinforcement is 1.5 cm2 (2Φ10).

- Minimum peripheral beam shear reinforcement spacing
shall be equal to min (beam height and 25 cm).
