Condition Adjustment

Sand zone 1,3 and 4 (for 2 no No change in water content but

change) sand
-1.5% for zone 3,

PROBLEMS EXPERIENCED

 Some sites are just too far away.

 Generation of road traffic.

 Concrete's limited time span between mixing and going-off

means that ready-mix should be placed within 10 minutes of
batching at the plant.

 Slump loss is also a major issue in RMC which result in a

loss to company as the buyer tends to reject the product.
