BEGINNING TO SEE THE PATTERNS

DIRECTIONS:
Consider your family of origin when answering this and share with your buddy.
If this is not possible, consider the family most influential to you as you were
growing up.

(Let us have our first (2nd, 3rd) batch for group process on our next onsite
class. Please keep things confidential.)

1. As you look back in your childhood (child-preteen), what strengths do you


remember? What weakness do you remember? (consider only 1 -2 each).
Then move to late-teens to your recent memories.

2. Describe based on your memory, your relationship with your:


 Father (pros and cons)
 Mother (pros and cons)

3. What information have you gained from family discussions, stories, shared
memories, that create a different picture than what you remember?

4. Consider the following nitty-gritty things that are currently present in your
immediate family and possibly with those influential during your childhood and
teens.
