Central Affirmative Company Inc. (CACI), led by Mr. Joel Cruz, the company's president and
CEO, founded Aficionado on September 5, 2000. It produces and supplies scented personal
care, home care, and perfume for both institutional and retail markets. One of His prominent
products that earn customers’ loyalty is the aficionado perfume. The goal of the aficionado
perfume brand is to provide customers with high quality, reasonably priced perfumes. Their
perfumes are available in more than five hundred malls and department stores in the
Philippines. But due to the brand loyalty that the company has gained, they are now trolling
services for other nations and have established cooperative business relationships with other
brands.

Lux Organix Fragrances
The very foundation of lux organix has always been and will continue to be building a
unique experience of brand customer relationship by standing behind their products. Lux
fragrances is also a collection of fragrances designed for everyday use. It is a
dermatologically-tested, local beauty brand that actually transforms and empowers
Filipinas as well.
They have also the best seller perfumes including Blushing bouquet, love luna, angel’s
dust and floral musk. their perfume has a light and fresh flower aroma. With each whiff of
this delicate and dreamy fragrance, which is the ideal signature aroma, and all their
perfumes are inspired by flowers scent.

On the given data above, it is indicated there that in aficionado perfume. Only
one quality has no mark that means it is close to meeting my expectations and
satisfaction. Among all the product dimension qualities, aesthetics became the
advantage of the lux organix perfume. I did not put a check mark because I
prefer the packaging of the other perfume brand. it is more classy for me, i guess.
I think that is what the aficionado company should do; to improve their
packaging to attract more customers. but in terms of the quality of being
aesthetic, I would say that with all the senses, only touch and sight goes in my
“below expectation” the other such as smell is indeed excellent.
 About the Business
A fast growing coffee shop which now has four branches, one of the branches that
people mostly visit is located exactly at Petron Gas Station, Gov. Antonio Carpio
Rd, Gulod Itaas, Batangas City. They are serving nicely cooked chicken, pastries,
pastas, and of course their well-known delicious latte. Pilotos Grounds is also
popular because the ambience is superb which creates and helps customers to set
their mood, relax and enjoy. Until now, they are still on the top of customers’
choices when hanging out with their barkadas and families, not only because of
their products but also because of the service they provide to their customers.

This coffee shop was founded by Cai and Kim in which their love and obsession for
coffee led them to conceptualize a cafe that will serve the customers the best
quality of coffee. Their experience in the industry pushes them to build their dream
coffee shop, flat white. They are serving delicious hot drinks, refreshing cold
beverages, tasty pastries and some of their baked goods specialty. Flat white is also
known as having a good quality of products as well as service.

As obvious as it is in the table above, there are many compelling reasons why pilotos grounds is
my personal choice not only in products but in service as well. Pilotos grounds have all the
quality dimensions because it really goes beyond my expectation. Their services are very
excellent. It has all the qualities in the service dimension such as convenience, reliability,
responsiveness, time, assurance, courtesy, tangibles, consistency, expectation. I personally
checked all the qualities because I see it myself how they assure their customers, how they are
being consistent and how they interact with their customers. Unfortunately, I didn't put a check
mark in any of the dimensions quality in service in the other cafe’ because I experienced
something bad once I bought their product and how they reacted is not appropriate. I will not
put into detail the exact branch but the problem I have encountered is something to do with a
“not in a good state of ingredients that are still still being used and included in their products.”
That happening not only affects me but my family as well.
