‫ﺍﳌﻘﺪﻣـﺔ‬
‫ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﳌﻘﺎﻳﻴﺲ ﺍﻷﺭﺩﻧﻴﺔ ﻫﻲ ﺍﳍﻴﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﻮﻃﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻘﻴﻴﺲ ﰲ ﺍﻷﺭﺩﻥ‪ ،‬ﺣﻴﺚ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺇﻋﺪﺍﺩ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﺳـﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻷﺭﺩﻧﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﳉﺎﻥ ﻓﻨﻴﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻠﺠﺎﻥ ﻋﺎﺩﺓﹰ ﻣﺸﻜﻠﺔﹰ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻋﻀﺎﺀ ﳑﺜﻠﲔ ﻟﻠﺠﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ ﺍﳌﻌﻨﻴﺔ ﲟﻮﺿـﻮﻉ‬
‫ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﳉﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﳉﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﳌﻌﻨﻴﺔ ﲟﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺔ ﺍﳊﻖ ﰲ ﺇﺑﺪﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺮﺃﻱ ﻭﺍﳌﻼﺣﻈﺎﺕ ﺣﻮﻝ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻـﻔﺔ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀ ﻓﺘﺮﺓ ﺗﻌﻤﻴﻢ ﻣﺸﺮﻭﻉ ﺍﻟﺘﺼﻮﻳﺖ‪ ،‬ﺳﻌﻴﺎﹰ ﳉﻌﻞ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺭﺩﻧﻴﺔ ﻣﻮﺍﺋﻤﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﺳـﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻟﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﻗﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻮﻃﻨﻴﺔ ﻗﺪﺭ ﺍﻹﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺟﻞ ﺇﺯﺍﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻮﺍﺋﻖ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻣﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭﺓ ﻭﺗﺴﻬﻴﻞ ﺍﻧﺴﻴﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻊ‬
‫ﺑﲔ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻝ‪.‬‬

‫ﺗﺘﻢ ﻫﻴﻜﻠﺔ ﻭﺻﻴﺎﻏﺔ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺭﺩﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﻓﻘﺎﹰ ﻟﺪﻟﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻔﲏ ﳌﺪﻳﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻴﻴﺲ ‪ ،٢٠٠٥/٢-١‬ﺍﳉﺰﺀ ‪ :٢‬ﻗﻮﺍﻋﺪ‬

‫ﻭﺑﻨﺎﺀً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻓﻘﺪ ﻗﺎﻣﺖ ﺍﻟﻠﺠﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺋﻤﺔ ﻟﻠﺨﻀﺎﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻮﺍﻛﻪ ﻭﻣﻨﺘﺠﺎ‪‬ﺎ )‪ (١٥‬ﺑﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻭﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ‬

‫ﺍﳋﻀﺎﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻮﺍﻛﻪ ﻭﻣﻨﺘﺠﺎ‪‬ﺎ ـ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﺯﺟﺔ‬

‫‪ –١‬ﺍ‪‬ﺎﻝ‬
‫ﲣﺘﺺ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺭﺩﻧﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﻻﺷﺘﺮﺍﻃﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺟﺐ ﺗﻮﻓﺮﻫﺎ ﰲ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﺯﺟﺔ‪.‬‬

‫‪ –٢‬ﺍﳌﺮﺍﺟﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻴﻴﺴﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻮﺛﺎﺋﻖ ﺍﳌﺮﺟﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻻ ﳝﻜﻦ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻐﻨﺎﺀ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﻟﺘﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻮﺛﻴﻘﺔ‪ .‬ﰲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻹﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﳌﺆﺭﺧﺔ ﺗﻄﺒﻖ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻌـﺔ ﺍﳌـﺬﻛﻮﺭﺓ‬
‫ﻓﻘﻂ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﰲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻹﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻏﲑ ﺍﳌﺆﺭﺧﺔ ﻓﺘﻄﺒﻖ ﺁﺧﺮ ﻃﺒﻌﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻮﺛﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﳌﺮﺟﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﳌﺬﻛﻮﺭﺓ ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ )ﻣﺘﻀﻤﻨﺔ ﺃﻱ ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻼﺕ(‪،‬‬
‫ﻋﻠﻤﺎﹰ ﺑﺄﻥ ﻣﻜﺘﺒﺔ ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﳌﻘﺎﻳﻴﺲ ﲢﺘﻮﻱ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﻬﺎﺭﺱ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﳌﻔﻌﻮﻝ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﺍﳊﺎﺿﺮ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬ﻗﻮﺍﺋﻢ ﻫﻴﺌﺔ ﺩﺳﺘﻮﺭ ﺍﻷﻏﺬﻳﺔ ‪ ،١‬ﺍﳊﺪﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﻮﻯ ﳌﺘﺒﻘﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﳌﺒﻴﺪﺍﺕ ﰲ ﺍﻷﻏﺬﻳﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬ﻣﻮﺍﺻﻔﺔ ﻫﻴﺌﺔ ﺩﺳﺘﻮﺭ ﺍﻷﻏﺬﻳﺔ ‪ ،١٩٣‬ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻠﻮﺛﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻤﻮﻡ ﰲ ﺍﻷﻏﺬﻳﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺭﺩﻧﻴﺔ ‪ ،٩‬ﺑﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻥ ـ ﺍﳌﻌﻴﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﻟﺒﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺒﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻷﻏﺬﻳﺔ‪.‬‬

‫‪ –٣‬ﺍﳌﺼﻄﻠﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﻳﻒ‬
‫ﻷﻏﺮﺍﺽ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺻﻔﺔ ﻳﺴﺘﺨﺪﻡ ﺍﳌﺼﻄﻠﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﻳﻒ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ‪:‬‬
‫‪١-٣‬‬
‫ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ‬
‫ﲦﺎﺭ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺻﻨﺎﻑ ﳐﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻧﻮﻉ ‪ Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.‬ﻭﺍﳌﻌﺮﻭﺿﺔ ﲝﺎﻟﺘﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﺯﺟﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺴﺘﻬﻠﻚ‬
‫ﻭﻻ ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﳌﻌﺪ‪‬ﺓ ﻟﻠﺘﺼﻨﻴﻊ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﻲ ﺗﺼﻨﻒ ﺇﱃ ﺃﺭﺑﻌﺔ ﺃﺻﻨﺎﻑ ﲡﺎﺭﻳﺔ‪" :‬ﺍﳌﺴﺘﺪﻳﺮﺓ" ﻭ"ﺍﳌﻀﻠﻌﺔ" ﻭ"ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺤﻴـﺔ ﺃﻭ‬
‫ﺍﳌﻤﺪﻭﺩﺓ" ﻭ"ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺯﻳﺔ"‬

‫‪ -٤‬ﺍﻻﺷﺘﺮﺍﻃﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ‬
‫ﳚﺐ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﺍﻻﺷﺘﺮﺍﻃﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﰲ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﺯﺟﺔ‪:‬‬
‫‪ ١-٤‬ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺳﻠﻴﻤﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٢-٤‬ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻜﺘﻤﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻤﻮ ﻭﺑﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﻧﻀﺞ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ﲤﻜﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﲢﻤﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺪﺍﻭﻝ ﻟﻀﻤﺎﻥ ﻭﺻﻮﳍﺎ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ‬
‫ﻣﻼﺋﻢ ﺇﱃ ﺍﳉﻬﺔ ﺍﳌﻘﺼﻮﺩﺓ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٣-٤‬ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺧﺎﻟﻴﺔﹰ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻱ ﺁﺛﺎﺭ ﻟﻠﻌﻔﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻠﻒ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﳚﻌﻠﻬﺎ ﻏﲑ ﺻﺎﳊﺔ ﻟﻼﺳﺘﻬﻼﻙ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻱ‪.‬‬

‫‪ ٤-٤‬ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻃﺎﺯﺟﺔ‪.‬‬


‫‪ ٥-٤‬ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺧﺎﻟﻴﺔﹰ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﻃﻮﺑﺔ ﺍﳋﺎﺭﺟﻴﺔ ﻏﲑ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺴﻄﺢ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٦-٤‬ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺧﺎﻟﻴﺔﹰ ﻣﺎ ﺃﻣﻜﻦ* ﻣﻦ ﺍﳊﺸﺮﺍﺕ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺁﺛﺎﺭ ﺍﻹﺻﺎﺑﺔ ‪‬ﺎ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٧-٤‬ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺧﺎﻟﻴﺔﹰ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻱ ﺭﺍﺋﺤﺔ ﻭ‪/‬ﺃﻭ ﻃﻌﻢ ﻏﺮﻳﺒﲔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٨-٤‬ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻧﻈﻴﻔﺔ‪ ،‬ﺧﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﻏﺮﻳﺒﺔ ﻣﺮﺋﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٩-٤‬ﰲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﻘﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﻘﺎﻥ ﻃﺎﺯﺟﺔﹰ ﻭﻧﻈﻴﻔﺔﹰ ﻭﺧﺎﻟﻴﺔﹰ ﻣﻦ ﲨﻴﻊ ﺍﻷﻭﺭﺍﻕ ﻭﺃﻱ ﻣـﻮﺍﺩ‬
‫ﻏﺮﻳﺒﺔ ﻣﺮﺋﻴﺔ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -٥‬ﺍﻟﺘﺪﺭﻳﺞ‬
‫ﺗﺪﺭ‪‬ﺝ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺇﱃ ﺛﻼﺙ ﺩﺭﺟﺎﺕ ﻣ‪‬ﻌ‪‬ﺮ‪‬ﻓﺔ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ‪:‬‬
‫‪ ١-٥‬ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﳌﻤﺘﺎﺯﺓ‬
‫‪ ١-١-٥‬ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﰲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺫﺍﺕ ﻟﹸﺐ ﺻﻠﺐ ﻭﳑﻴﺰﺓ ﻟﻠﺼﻨﻒ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻴﺚ ﺍﻟﺸﻜﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﻨـﻀﺞ‬
‫ﻭﺍﳌﻈﻬﺮ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٢-١-٥‬ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻟﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﻭﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻀﺞ ﰲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ﲤﻜﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﲢﻤﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺪﺍﻭﻝ ﻟﻀﻤﺎﻥ‬
‫ﻭﺻﻮﳍﺎ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻼﺋﻢ ﺇﱃ ﺍﳉﻬﺔ ﺍﳌﻘﺼﻮﺩﺓ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٣-١-٥‬ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﲣﻠﻮ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻘﻮﻕ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻴﻮﺏ ﺍﻷﺧﺮﻯ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻌﻴﻮﺏ ﺍﳋﺎﺭﺟﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﻔﻴﻔﺔ ﺟﺪﺍﹰ ﻭﺍﻟﱵ ﻻ ﺗـﺆﺛﺮ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﻈﻬﺮ ﺍﳋﺎﺭﺟﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﺘﺞ ﻭﺟﻮﺩﺗﻪ ﻭﻋﺮﺿﻪ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺓ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٢-٥‬ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﱃ‬
‫‪ ١-٢-٥‬ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﰲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺻﻠﺒﺔ ﻧﻮﻋﺎﹰ ﻣﺎ ﻭﳑﻴﺰﺓ ﻟﻠﺼﻨﻒ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٢-٢-٥‬ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺧﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻘﻮﻕ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻘﻊ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﻮﺟﻮﺩ ﻋﻴﻮﺏ ﻃﻔﻴﻔﺔ ﺑﺸﺮﻁ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﺗﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺍﳌﻈﻬـﺮ‬
‫ﺍﳋﺎﺭﺟﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﺘﺞ ﻭﺟﻮﺩﺗﻪ ﻭﻋﺮﺿﻪ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺓ ﻭﻫﻲ‪:‬‬

‫‪ ٥-٣-٢-٥‬ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺁﺛﺎﺭ ﺟﺮﻭﺡ ﺃﻭ ﻧﺪﺏ ﻃﻮﻟﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺰﻫﺮﻱ ﻟﻠﺜﻤﺮﺓ )ﻣﺜﻞ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺯﺓ( ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﻃﻮﳍﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ‬
‫ﺛﻠﺜﻲ ﺃﻛﱪ ﻗﻄﺮ ﻟﻠﺜﻤﺮﺓ‪.‬‬

‫‪ ١-٣-٥‬ﲢﺘﻮﻱ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﳉﻮﺩﺓ ﻏﲑ ﺍﳌﺸﻤﻮﻟﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺪﺭﺟﺘﲔ ﺍﳌﻤﺘﺎﺯﺓ ﻭﺍﻷﻭﱃ ﻭﻟﻜﻨﻬﺎ ﺗﻔﻲ ﲟﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ‬
‫ﺍﻻﺷﺘﺮﺍﻃﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٢-٣-٥‬ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﰲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺻﻠﺒﺔ ﻧﻮﻋﺎﹰ ﻣﺎ )ﻗﺪ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺃﻗﻞ ﺻﻼﺑﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻠﻚ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﱃ( ﻭﺃﻥ‬
‫ﻻ ﲢﺘﻮﻱ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺷﻘﻮﻕ ﻏﲑ ﻣﻠﺘﺌﻤﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٣-٣-٥‬ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﻮﺟﻮﺩ ﻋﻴﻮﺏ ﺑﺸﺮﻁ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﺗﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﻈﻬﺮ ﺍﳋﺎﺭﺟﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﺘﺞ ﻭﺟﻮﺩﺗﻪ ﻭﻋﺮﺿﻪ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺓ ﻭﻫﻲ‪:‬‬
‫‪ ١-٣-٣-٥‬ﻋﻴﻮﺏ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺸﻜﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻤﻮ ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻮﻥ‪.‬‬

‫‪ ٤-٣-٥‬ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﲟﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ ﰲ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﳌﻀﻠﻌﺔ‪:‬‬
‫‪ ١-٤-٣-٥‬ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺘﻮﺀﺍﺕ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﳑﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻣﺴﻤﻮﺡ ﺑﻪ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﱃ ﻟﻜﻦ ﻟﻴﺲ ﳊﺪ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﻮﻩ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٢-٤-٣-٥‬ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺍﻟﺴ‪‬ﺮ‪‬ﺓ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٣-٤-٣-٥‬ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﺍﻟﺘﺼﻠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ‪ ٢‬ﺳﻢ‪ ٢‬ﰲ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﻋﻨﻖ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺮﺓ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٤-٤-٣-٥‬ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺁﺛﺎﺭ ﺟﺮﻭﺡ ﺃﻭ ﻧﺪﺏ ﻃﻮﻟﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺰﻫﺮﻱ ﻟﻠﺜﻤﺮﺓ )ﻣﺜﻞ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺯﺓ(‪.‬‬

‫‪ -٦‬ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺠﻴﻢ‬

‫ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺘﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﻻ ﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ‪ ٪ ١٠‬ﻋﺪﺩﺍﹰ ﺃﻭ ﻭﺯﻧﺎﹰ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻻ ﺗﻔﻲ ﲟﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﻭﻟﻜﻨﻬﺎ ﺗﻔﻲ ﲟﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭﻩ ﲡﺎﻭﺯ ﻣﺴﻤﻮﺡ ﺑﻪ ﻟﻠﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﱃ‪ .‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﰲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﻘﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺘﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﻻ ﻳﺰﻳﺪ‬

‫‪ ٣-١-٧‬ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻴﺔ‬
‫ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺘﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﻻ ﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ‪ ٪ ١٠‬ﻋﺪﺩﺍﹰ ﺃﻭ ﻭﺯﻧﺎﹰ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻻ ﺗﻔﻲ ﲟﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﻭﻻ ﺣـﱴ ﲟﺘﻄﻠﺒـﺎﺕ‬
‫ﺍﻻﺷﺘﺮﺍﻃﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﺃﻱ ﲦﺎﺭ ﻣﺼﺎﺑﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﻔﻦ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺮﺿﻮﺽ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻱ ﻋﻴﻮﺏ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﲡﻌﻠﻬﺎ ﻏﲑ‬
‫ﺻﺎﳊﺔ ﻟﻼﺳﺘﻬﻼﻙ‪ .‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﰲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﻘﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺘﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﻻ ﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ‪ ٪ ١٠‬ﻋﺪﺩﺍﹰ ﺃﻭ ﻭﺯﻧﺎﹰ ﻣـﻦ ﲦـﺎﺭ‬

‫ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺘﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﰲ ﺍﳊﺠﻢ ﳉﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺎﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ‪ ٪ ١٠‬ﻋﺪﺩﺍﹰ ﺃﻭ ﻭﺯﻧﺎﹰ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﺑﺎﻟﺰﻳﺎﺩﺓ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻨﻘـﺼﺎﻥ‬
‫ﻋﻦ ﺍﳊﺠﻢ ﺍﶈﺪﺩ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﻘﻞ ﺍﳊﺪ ﺍﻷﺩﱏ ﻟﻠﺜﻤﺮﺓ ﻋﻦ ‪ ٣٣‬ﻣﻢ ﻟﻠﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﳌﺴﺘﺪﻳﺮﺓ ﻭﺍﳌﻀﻠﻌﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻦ ‪ ٢٨‬ﻣﻢ ﻟﻠﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺤﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺪﺭﺟﺎﺕ ﺍﳌﻤﺘﺎﺯﺓ ﻭﺍﻷﻭﱃ ﻭﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻴﺔ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -٨‬ﻣﺘﺒﻘﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﳌﺒﻴﺪﺍﺕ‬
‫ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﺗﺰﻳﺪ ﺣﺪﻭﺩ ﻣﺘﺒﻘﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﳌﺒﻴﺪﺍﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳊﺪﻭﺩ ﺍﳌﺴﻤﻮﺡ ‪‬ﺎ ﺿﻤﻦ ﻗﻮﺍﺋﻢ ﻫﻴﺌﺔ ﺩﺳﺘﻮﺭ ﺍﻷﻏﺬﻳﺔ ‪.١‬‬

‫‪ -٩‬ﺍﳌﻠﻮﺛﺎﺕ‬
‫ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﺗﺰﻳﺪ ﺣﺪﻭﺩ ﺍﳌﻠﻮﺛﺎﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳊﺪﻭﺩ ﺍﳌﺴﻤﻮﺡ ‪‬ﺎ ﺿﻤﻦ ﻣﻮﺍﺻﻔﺔ ﻫﻴﺌﺔ ﺩﺳـﺘﻮﺭ ﺍﻷﻏﺬﻳـﺔ ‪ ،١٩٣‬ﻭﺍﳌﺮﺍﺟـﻊ‬
‫ﺍﻷﺧﺮﻯ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻋﻦ ﺍﳍﻴﺌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻟﻴﺔ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -١٠‬ﺍﻟﺘﺨﺰﻳﻦ‬
‫ﲣﺰﻥ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﺣﺮﺍﺭﺓ ﻣﻦ ‪ْ ٨‬ﺱ ﺇﱃ ‪ْ ١٢‬ﺱ ﻭﺭﻃﻮﺑﺔ ﻧﺴﺒﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ‪ ٪ ٨٥‬ﺇﱃ ‪.٪ ٩٠‬‬

‫‪ -١١‬ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺒﺌﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻐﻠﻴﻒ‬
‫‪ ١-١١‬ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﳏﺘﻮﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺓ ﻣﺘﺠﺎﻧﺴﺔ ﻭﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﻓﻘﻂ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﻣﻦ ﻧﻔﺲ ﺍﳌﻨﺸﺄ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻨﻒ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭﻱ‬
‫ﻭﺍﳉﻮﺩﺓ ﻭﺍﳊﺠﻢ )ﺇﺫﺍ ﰎ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺠﻴﻢ(‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٢-١١‬ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﳌﻤﺘﺎﺯﺓ ﻭﺍﻷﻭﱃ ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﻣﺘﺠﺎﻧﺴﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻨﻀﺞ ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻮﻥ‪ ،‬ﺇﺿـﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﱃ ﺃﻥ ﺃﻃـﻮﺍﻝ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺤﻴﺔ ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﺘﺠﺎﻧﺴﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٣-١١‬ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﳉﺰﺀ ﺍﳌﻨﻈﻮﺭ ﻟﻠﻌﺒﻮﺓ ﳑﺜﻼﹰ ﻟﺒﺎﻗﻲ ﳏﺘﻮﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺓ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٤-١١‬ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﺒﺄ ﲦﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺗﻀﻤﻦ ﺍﳊﻤﺎﻳﺔ ﺍﳌﻼﺋﻤﺔ ﳍﺎ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٥-١١‬ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺘﻐﻠﻴﻒ ﺍﳌﺴﺘﺨﺪﻣﺔ ﺩﺍﺧﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺓ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﺓ ﻭﻧﻈﻴﻔﺔ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻧﻮﻋﻴﺔ ﲤﻨﻊ ﺃﻱ ﺃﺿﺮﺍﺭ ﺩﺍﺧﻠﻴـﺔ ﺃﻭ‬
‫ﺧﺎﺭﺟﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﺘﺞ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ٦-١١‬ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻮﺭﻕ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻄﻮﺍﺑﻊ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻷﺧﺘﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺗﺘﻮﻓﺮ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺼﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﳌﺴﻤﻮﺡ‬
‫‪‬ﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺣﱪ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﺎﻋﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺼﻤﻎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻧﻮﺍﻉ ﺍﳌﺴﻤﻮﺡ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻣﻬﺎ ﻏﺬﺍﺋﻴﺎﹰ‪.‬‬
