JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and
classification.
Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits
of product/ services.
Meeting the MEP Contractors & Consultant to develop a new business.
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per
their needs.
Preparing costing calculation & quotation to the clients.
Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
communicating relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events like

CRI pumps established in 1961 is manufacturer of water pumps with manufacturing facility based in
India & Spain. CRI pumps worldwide have six subsidiaries namely in Sharjah(UAE),Turkey, Spain ,
Brazil, South Africa & China & have presence in 120 countries worldwide.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Key account management for U.A.E.
2. Meeting the MEP Contractors & Consultant to develop a new business.
3. Establishment of CRM processes & system to meet business requirement.
4. Establishment of effective sales forecast in order to eliminate cyclic trough.
5. Brand development activities for retails market (Survey of local market & promotional
activities for brand visibility).
6. Key result area: Developed a new sales account in UAE for CRI pumps.
