3. Plani kërkimor
Ky plan kërkimor synon të përfshijë të gjithë fazat e procesit shkencor, duke filluar nga identifikimi
i problemit dhe përgatitja e kërkimit deri te shpërndarja e gjetjeve dhe kontributi në literaturën
shkencore. Çdo fazë do të përqëndrohet në arritjen e objektivave të përcaktuara në fillim të
hulumtimit. Plani kërkimor 3-vjeçar, për një analizë të thelluar të strategjisë së komunikimit të
Bashkimit Evropian në vendet kandidate, i ndarë në faza do të ishte si më poshtë vijon:
Viti 1: Planifikimi i Përgjithshëm
Faza 1: Përgatitja dhe Identifikimi i Çështjeve Kërkimore (Muajt 1-3)
Identifikimi i literaturës ekzistuese në fushën e studimeve europiane, procesit të zgjerimit dhe
strategjisë së komunikimit.
Përcaktimi i pyetjeve kryesore të kërkimit, objektivave dhe formimi i një hipoteze të parë.
Faza 2: Hartimi i Planit Kërkimor (Muajt 4-6)
Analiza e dokumenteve zyrtare të BE-së dhe literaturws të lidhur me procesin e zgjerimit.
Faza 3: Identifikimi i Vendeve Kandidate dhe Hartimi i Planit të Terrenit (Muajt 7-9)
Përcaktimi i vendeve kandidate për analizë të thelluar, duke marrë parasysh faktorë të tilla si
historia politike, përvoja mëparshme, dhe aktualiteti i procesit të anëtarësimit.
Hartimi i planit të terrenit për intervista, sondazhe dhe analiza të dokumenteve lokale, dhe
bashkëpunim me institucionet vendase.
Viti 2: Mbledhja e të dhënave dhe analiza
Faza 4: Mbledhja e të dhenave (Muajt 10-15)
Intervista me përfaqësues të qeverisë lokale, shoqërisë civile, dhe ekspertë lokale.
Sondazhe të opinionit publik dhe analizë e mediave lokale.
Mbledhja e të dhënave të tjera të nevojshme për analizën.
Faza 5: Analiza e të Dhënave dhe Identifikimi i Tendencave (Muajt 16-18)
Analiza e thelluar e intervistave dhe të dhënave të tjera duke përdorur mjete analitike të
përshtatshme.
Identifikimi i tendencave, shenjave dhe ndërveprimeve mes strategjisë së komunikimt dhe reagimit
të vendit kandidat.
Viti 3: Shkrimi dhe Publikimi
Faza 6: Shkrimi dhe Përgatitja për Publikim (Muajt 19-24)
Përpilimi i raportit të kërkimit me përfshirjen e seksionëve të nevojshme si hyrja, metodologjia,
analiza, rezultatet dhe rekomandimet.
Përpjekje për prezantim në konferenca shkencore dhe aktivitete të tjera akademike.
Faza 7: Përmirësimi dhe Përfundimi (Muajt 25-36)
Rishikimi dhe përmirësimi i raportit në bazë të komenteve dhe vlerësimeve nga kolegët dhe
mentorët.
Përgatitja për publikimin e përfunduar në revista shkencore dhe për hartimin e një prezentimi të
detajuar për një audiencë të gjerë.
Faza 8: Ndarja e Rezultateve dhe Kontributi Në Fushën e Studimeve Europiane (Muajt 28-36)
Publikimi i artikujve dhe rezultateve në revista shkencore të specializuara.
Mbështetja në zhvillimin e aktiviteteve të tjera akademike dhe bashkëpunimi me institucionet
relevante dhe ekspertët në fushën e studimeve europiane.
4. Mundësitë e financimit
Me anë të kësaj punë kërkimore mund të aplikohet për financim në programin Horizon Europë
2021 – 2027 (Research and innovation programme).

Gjithashtu, mund të kërkohen financime nga aktorë të ndryshëm në vendet kandidate, të cilët
mund të jenë të interesuar mbi rezultatet dhe gjetjet që mund të prodhojë ky kërkim shkencor,
apo edhe mundësi të tjera financimi që mund të shfaqen gjatë periudhës kërkimore.
