1) Study motivation:- I am inspiring my self to be a better person/senior expert position.

In
this regard, studying International Master of Public Administration plays important role
in upgrading my knowledge and skills as well as it helps me to be a better version of my
self and over come challenges. That’s why, I am very interested to learn MBA of this
field. If I get the chance, I would like to put most of my time and efforts to study and to
research.
2) Academic background:- I studied in Hawassa University and graduated Bachelor of Arts
degree in Governance and Development Studies, year 2014.
3) The research I have done before is:- Women’s participation and challenges in informal
trade sectors: the case of Hawassa region.
My next research plan for masters degree is probably:-
4) Objective of my future career is to be a leader/senior expert position in governmental
institutions and non governmental organisation. I believe that MBA study helps me to
achieve my future career objectives.
